I became interested in healthy plant based cuisine over 30 years ago. I was intrigued by the idea that food could be good for the body, the planet and animals. I explored this cuisine for many years before becoming a chef in 2010. Since that time I have worked in various countries as a head chef, executive chef and, most recently, as a private chef.
My private chef work has focussed on plant based food and other specific dietary needs. This has included gluten free, Ayurvedic, macro-specific, raw, low/no oil, immunity supporting, sports nutrition plus diets for health conditions.
I created a cooking school to train people to become professional vegan chefs in 2018. To date I have taught over 1000 students.
