Hi, I’m Day — your plant-powered chef.
Cooking, for me, is all about care. I specialise in vegan, gluten-free and wellness-focused cooking, creating dishes that are nourishing, colourful and full of personality.
I’ve spent years developing recipes that support health, energy, and balance — without ever compromising flavour. Whether you’re embracing plant-based eating, managing allergies, or simply want to feel good about what you’re eating, I design menus that feel just right for you.
I work with clients across Sussex, Surrey and London, cooking for intimate dinners, private households, retreats, wellness events and anyone who loves great food that also happens to be good for them.
