Vegan Barbecue

For this summer time meal for 10 people I created a vegan barbecue menu that would please both herbivores and carnivores.

Potato salad with homemade vegan mayonnaise and tarragon

Cherry tomatoes with basil and raspberry balsamic vinaigrette

Cannellini bean salad with lemon and green spring onions

Meaty vegan burgers grilled on the barbecue with aioli and pickled red onion

Griddled aubergine with tahini za’atar sauce and pomegranate pilaf

Jackfruit chckn wings with spicy ketchup and garlic sauce

Rich cherry chocolate ice cream

Plum and almond tart
